In last years, Camerino Municipality has invested on the environmental sustainability. The energy efficiency improvements have been various, like as, the replacement of the old LPG boiler with a new generation methane gas one, and the installation of LED lamps in the Le Calvie leisure centre. Numerous projects have been financed, i.e. the charging station for 6 no. electric bikes and 2 no. electric cars. Feasibility studies have been undertaken in regard to other green projects.
